LFG Commercial Ready
PREPARE FOR THE MARKET.
Commercial Ready is not a designation that can simply be purchased. LFG reviews the business and determines whether it meets the applicable commercial-readiness criteria at the time of assessment.
The process may review product, positioning, pricing, margins, wholesale structure, production, MOQ, delivery capability, line sheets, brand dossier and market fit.
Brands may receive a Developing outcome identifying commercial gaps or, after qualification, an LFG Commercial Ready designation.

Brand Representation is a separate commercial process.
LFG Membership and LFG Commercial Ready are pathways for brands to access resources, strengthen commercial readiness and participate in the Latin Fashion Group ecosystem.
Commercial representation is different.
Latin Fashion Group represents a select portfolio of brands based on commercial readiness, product and market fit, production capacity, wholesale potential and alignment with current buyer and market opportunities.
Representation requires a separate application, commercial evaluation and representation agreement. Membership or participation in LFG Commercial Ready does not guarantee acceptance for representation.
